Salmon and Avocado Salad


  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 2 cups salad greens
  • 1/2lb of fresh salmon
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • Sesame seeds and nori strips, for topping (optional)


Make the dressing: Combine soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and honey in a bowl; mix well. Set aside.

This will make 2 servings.  For each serving, place salad greens, cubed salmon, and cubed avocado in a bowl; drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and nori strips, if desired.
